Handelsmissie Oekraïne Duurzame Energie 8 November 2010

Van 8 t-m 12 november wordt de volgende NUSEP handelsmissie gehouden tijdens de beurs ´Energy Efficiency 2010´. In hetzelfde gebouw worden tegelijkertijd de beurzen ´Aqua Ukraine 2010´, ´AgroForum 2010´ en ´Communtech 2010´ gehouden.

Ondertekening Letter of Intent door delegatie Poltava 29 June 2010

Dinsdag 29 juni bezocht een delegatie uit Oekraïense stad Poltava NUSEP. Gedurende dit bezoek werd een Letter of Intend ondertekend tussen twee NUSEP leden, BGP Engineers, Nijkamp Aanneming, het Duitse bedrijf IFT GmbH en de locoburgemeester van Poltava.

Expected Project: 750 kV OHL - Zaporizhzhia-Kakhovska Line

State enterprise “National Power Company Ukrenergo” or NPC “Ukrenergo” applied for the loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) toward financing part of the cost of the 750 kV OHL - Zaporizhzhia-Kakhovska Line Project (the “Project”).

The proposed Project, which has a total estimated cost of around EUR 350 million (w/o VAT), will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:

1. Construction of 750 kV Zaporizka NPP – Kakhovska (approx. 190 km length), including construction of repair/maintenance unit and installation of fiber-optic system;
2. Construction of a new 750kV Kakhovska substation including two autotransformers 2x1000 MVA, an automatic control system and related buildings at N.Lageriya village and Tavrisk town;
3. Construction of 330 kV double circuit Novokakhovska - Ostrovska OHL diversion (approx. 27 km), including the rehabilitation of 330 kV Ostrovska substation with replacement of relay protection and automatic control devices, communication devices, construction of a control unit at Novokakhovska substation, installation of "Novokakhovska-Kakhovkska" fiber-optic system
4. Construction of 330 kV double circuit Novokakhovska – Khersonska diversion (approx. 16 km), including the rehabilitation of 330 kV Khersonska substation and the installation of "Kakhovkska-Khersonska" fiber-optic system;
5. Consultancy services for Project Implementation Unit assistance and Lender’s Engineer.

Tendering for the contracts from the above list is expected to begin in the second quarter 2010. Procurement of goods and services listed above will be carried out following the results of open tender processes.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank will be subject to the Bank´s Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank´s loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser´s country.
